The contractual partner agrees that his personal data, namely name, address and date of birth, may be processed by PROSDE Vermietung und Verpachtung GmbH for the purpose of sending advertising material and that the data name, address and date of birth may be passed on to Vima Werbeagentur GmbH for the purpose of centralised customer management and hosting.
This consent can be revoked at any time by sending an e-mail to table@shebeen.at. The revocation does not affect the legality of the processing carried out up to that point.

The data provided by you is also required to fulfil the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.

The controller shall process and store the personal data of the data subject only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of storage, or as far as this is granted by the European legislator or other legislators in laws or regulations to which the controller is subject to.
If the purpose of storage ceases to apply or if a storage period prescribed by the European Directive and Regulation Giver or another competent legislator expires, the personal data will be routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.

We pass on your data to Vima Werbeagentur GmbH for the purpose of website hosting, newsletter management and to maintain a customer file.

In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. Please contact us for this. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can contact us at the supervisory authority. In Austria, the data protection authority is responsible.
